Pressure switches hydraulics

Pressure switches in general

A pressure switch is used to activate an electric switch by using oil pressure. Pressure switches can be adjusted and can be supplied for different pressures ranges. A pressure switch can be used for instance to activate or deactivate a pump at a certain minimum or maximum pressure.

How does it work

An electric pressure switch activates a switch by using hydraulic pressure, in this way a hydraulic pressure is changed into an electric signal. This can be used for open or close contact devices. Findynamica has several pressure switches, such as membrane and suction pressure switches for pipe fitting and flange mounting, available from stock.
